A project starts with the purpose of the photographs.
I take on selected assignments where a strong visual point of view is useful - particularly architecture, hospitality, property, place and projects that benefit from a more graphic or atmospheric treatment.
Before quoting, I will normally ask how the photographs will be used, how many final images are required, the location, timings and whether the work needs straightforward documentation, a more interpretive approach, or both.
